USREC executes all marketing communication efforts including web design and administration, broker contact renter leads, and property brochures for each property developed and managed. USREC provides all marketing materials for liquidating partnership units for properties owners who decide to sell their interest in properties.
Periodic property events, including weekend promotions for food and wine tasting, will be coordinated by USREC for selected properties under management.
